If you don’t want to get a wide range of essential oils, and just want to get one to stay on focus, try doTERRA diffuser blends like InTune® Focus Blend . This doTERRA focus blend essential oil is a mix of Patchouli Leaf, Amyris Bark, Frankincense Resin, Hawaiian Sandalwood Wood, Ylang Ylang Flower, Roman Chamomile Flower, and Lime Peel essential oils.
I don’t like to mix more than three in the same essential oil diffuser. But that just me! Always remember to wash the diffuser if you change your essential oils to prevent mixing of oils that weren’t intended to be blended together.
